Chicken and vegetable rice
- Chicken
- Basmati rice
- Onion
- Zucchini
- Leek
- Carrot
- Rosemary

Preparation
- We pass the chicken pieces through the pan for about 7 minutes and remove them.
- Add a little oil and add the onion and leeks together with the rosemary and a little white wine
- We fry it for about 15 minutes
- Wash the rice and add it to the pot along with the chicken, stirring for 3 minutes
- At the same time we tend a saucepan with the boiling carrot
- Add the water to the rice and let it cook for the minutes indicated by our type of rice.
- We rectify salt and we have it ready.
