Duck burger with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 duck burger Louisiana Farm
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 onion
  • garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Cilantro
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • The juice of half a lime
  • granulated almond
  • 1 Rustic Round roll

Preparation

  1. First we will make the guacamole, we will put 1 avocado, 1/2 onion, garlic powder, salt, oil and the juice of half a lime and we will crush everything until there is a homogeneous mixture, we will reserve it in the fridge.
  2. Cut half the zucchini into slices and cut the other half into strips with the help of a mandolin.
  3. We will skip the zucchini in a pan with a little oil and black pepper. Once sautéed, we arrange it on the plate like a flower.
  4. In the same pan we make the burger and place it on top of the zucchini flower.
  5. We put a spoonful of guacamole on top and ground almonds to taste.
  6. Optionally it can be accompanied by bread.
